Cats appearing at night.

Walking quietly to the light.

But usually they don’t want to be seen,

although they are handsome and keen.

Cats disappearing from your sight.

Making you wonder if it’s just a lie,

because you don’t know where they are

and you don’t know if you’ll see them once more.

Searching and wondering.

But they are just hiding somewhere in the dark.
